熱氣


農磿年過後,最應節當然要提提熱氣這回事。

"熱氣"二字,在英文的世界裡是翻譯不到的,即使他們吃了很多煎炸食物,口裡長滿了痱滋,西醫也不會用熱氣來斷症,當然,阿媽通常用一煲清補涼便能幫你下火。

家裡的人都愛吃煎炸食物,小時候吃炸蝦炸魚手指,現在的印傭最愛炸春卷炸薯仔旦等,最近更學會失傳了的炸芋蝦,吃得我們大快朵頤。

家姑則很怕熱氣,煎香的午餐肉要待涼才可食用,我第一次發現如此食法,對於我這些無脆不歡的人來說,簡直是大開眼界。

朋友A與男友一個愛清淡一個愛煎炸,二人同桌叫菜有點難度,我建議他們可以叫客吉列豬扒沙律,一個吃香脆的豬扒,一個吃清爽的沙律,那便各得其所,又能一起分享一份餐。
